JOINT OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (JOHS)

This online course is designed to give Joint Occupational Health and Safety (JOHS) Committee representatives an understanding of their duties and responsibilities under the Health and Safety Legislation of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Designed from a purely northern perspective by people who live and work here, this course will give JOHS Committee representatives all the information they need to be able to run effective meetings and function efficiently as a committee in the unique landscape of Canada’s North.

Successful completion of this online course will help northern companies meet their legislative requirements under the Health and Safety Legislation of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Certification:

This course has a final exam composed of 20 True/False questions with a passing score of 100% required. The learner will have 2 attempts for each question. Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available to download and print.
