Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) employees are eligible for GST exemption when purchasing online training courses. Our system will recognize your GNWT email address and send you a verification code to remove the GST from your order.

GST-EXEMPT PURCHASES

  • Create your account using your GNWT email address. This ensures the system can verify your eligibility for GST exemption.

  • Once logged in, go to the Catalog and select the course(s) you wish to purchase. Add them to your shopping cart.

  • Confirm who the purchase is for (e.g., “Me”) and continue to checkout.

  • Enter your billing details. The system will detect that you qualify and prompt you to click Send Verification Email.

  • A one-time verification code will be sent to your GNWT email address. The code is time-sensitive, so be sure to use it promptly.

  • Enter the verification code on the checkout screen and click Verify. The GST will be automatically removed from your order.

  • Finish the payment process. Once complete, your course will appear in your Learning Plan and be ready to access.
